The Republican Convention

I will write more on the above topic in later editions. Right now, I wanted to just focus on Gov. Sarah Palin. I welcome any and all to leave comments, questions and thoughts.

It seems that it might just get a little turbulent for the Republicans after the latest news that Gov. Palin's 17 yr old daughter is pregnant. What are the Republicans going to do about this. Palin is a pro-life, Evangelical Republican whose daughter just happens to be pregnant. I am waiting to see how the pundits are going to spin this around. Some think it's a non-issue, and others think that it is a very huge issue, especially since the 'Veep' nominee holds such positions as she does.

We'll see...

It should not matter especially since Teenage pregnancy has gone up since last year. However, it will, but it maybe just a rumor. Who knows. Shit happens, especially when it comes to teenagers and no one is perfect. But I am sure there is this expectation of perfection which is just not possible.

I think it's more of a non-issue than anything else.

The choices her children make are just that - choices her CHILDREN make. (And the situation her daughter is in places her well within the ranks of a large majority of American teenagers...young, pregnant, and unmarried).

All I want to know is if SP is capable for the position.

Personally I just want to hear about the possible affair between that old couger and her husband's coworker. Republican sex scandals never fail to deliver!

So now when Palin's daughter is pregnant, the Republicans don't care? What happened when they nailed Bill Clinton to the cross for his "scandal," aka invasion of his personal life? I only cared that he lowered our country's deficit, but all everyone else cared about was how Monica got him off. If they haven't already, the media will make a spectacle from Palin's bastard grandchild. In addition to turning politics into tabloids, the media knows this is what sells and they want ratings. Who do you think writes their checks?

More on that affair, it seems that the Moose Queen's former extramarital lover has filed an emergency petition to get his divorce records sealed.

Sarah Palin probably would fit in better on Jerry Springer than a presidential campaign.
