David Thomas is another one of those twisted creations with a huge inferiority complex. Of course if I looked like the love child of E.T. and Ernest Borgnine I might possibly feel a tad inferior. This cute little fella looks like he might have himself a hankerin' for some real power, of the D.C. variety.
